Our Services.
Our target market is for Commercial (office buildings, warehouses, retail stores etc.) and Residential (townhomes, mobile homes, student homes etc.) services. We send out a group of 2-3 crew members, who are specialized in providing expert construction cleaning and painting services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency for every project. We are seeking partnerships with contractors who require professional cleaning and painting services for educational institutions, government buildings, and similar facilities.

Fayebiram Construction LLC, based in Durham, NC, is a women owned consstruction company run by, no other, than Mrs. Serra Faye. We specialize in subcontracting painters and cleaners for pre- and post-construction services. With a strong focus on quality, we demonstrate our expertise through our hard work, and dedication as a growing business.
